Responsibilities & Context:
The role of a Study Abroad Consultant primarily focuses on managing the end-to-end university application process through online portals of partner institutions and providing professional counseling to students seeking higher education opportunities abroad, and ensuring the accurate, timely, and successful submission of student applications.
This position requires effective coordination with students, partner universities, and internal teams to ensure a smooth and transparent admission and visa process.
Job Responsibilities:
Guide & Assist students in selecting suitable Study Abroad countries, universities, and academic programs based on their academic backgrounds, career goals.
Review and assess student academic documents, English test scores, and other credentials for eligibility.
Manage international admissions through the University`s online application portals.
Prepare and submit university applications, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Coordinate with international universities, admission departments, and partner institutions to process offers and confirm enrollments.
Coordinate with the admission, documentation, and digital marketing teams
Counsel students through social media platforms (Facebook, WhatsApp, Messenger, etc.) to start their student visa process.
