∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ Minimum 1 year of experience in Tele Sales
∎ Experience in telemarketing or related field will be advantageous
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong communication and persuasion skills
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
∎ Familiarity with CRM software is a plus

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell our products/services.
∎ Build and maintain a strong customer base through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
∎ Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
∎ Provide accurate information about our products/services to customers.
∎ Record and maintain detailed customer information in the CRM system.
∎ Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service.
∎ Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall company sales goals.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Salary: 10,000/- (Monthly Salary)
∎ 1,500/- (TA/DA)
∎ 500/- (Phone Bill)
∎ Performance bonus (Problem Solve)
∎ After 6 months provision period, two festival bonuses
