Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Telemarketer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential students (or parents), introducing our consultancy services, and generating appointments for our counseling team. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to engage and build rapport over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to promote the firm’s educational consultancy services.
• Provide accurate information about study abroad programs, admission processes, and available services.
• Schedule appointments for student counselors and maintain follow-up communication.
• Record and manage customer information in the CRM system.
• Meet daily and weekly call targets and conversion goals.
• Handle inquiries, resolve minor concerns, and forward complex queries to senior counselors.
• Participate in promotional campaigns, webinars, and marketing activities when needed.
