Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic, confident, and target-oriented Sales Marketing Executive to join our Student Consultancy / visa processing Firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential students, providing accurate information about study abroad opportunities, guiding them through admission processes, and ensuring a smooth counseling experience. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to persuade clients, and a customer-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential students and respond to inbound inquiries.

• Provide clear and accurate information about study abroad programs, admission requirements, tuition fees, scholarships, and visa processes.

• Maintain follow-up communication with interested students and convert leads into enrollments.

• Schedule counseling sessions, meetings, and assessments for students.

• Assist students in selecting suitable countries, courses, and universities based on their academic profile and career goals.

• Maintain student data, update CRM records, and prepare daily/weekly reports.

• Build strong relationships with students and ensure excellent customer service.

• Meet monthly targets for lead generation, counseling, and student enrollment.

• Support marketing campaigns, seminars, and events when required.
