∎ A university degree in Textile Technology, Fashion Design, or a related field.

∎ In-depth knowledge of textile materials, production processes, and quality standards.
∎ Logical thinking, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
∎ Strong knowledge of Corel, Illustrator, and MS Office.
∎ Desirable knowledge of PLM software and CAD software for pattern making
∎ Intermediate to advanced knowledge of English language

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Development and Technical Documentation:
∎ Work on developing new products and ensuring they meet quality standards.
∎ Prepare and manage technical documents needed for production.
∎ Check and approve materials, accessories and samples in all phases of development.
∎ Communicate with suppliers in Asia to ensure production quality.
∎ Oversee individual developments, monitor progress, and resolve any issues that could affect mass production.
∎ Help improve production processes and quality control.
∎ Ensure all products follow company policies and industry standards.
∎ Use PLM software to manage product records and track development progress.
∎ Travel for supplier visits, production checks, inline inspections when needed.
