Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Sc. / B.Sc. in Footwear technology /Leather product Technology/ Leather Technology is required

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting all allotted tests as per the procedure given in the worksheet or as instructed by the Group Leader or above.
∎ Keeping all necessary records of the tests conducted in the format given.
∎ Keeping in and around the test area clean and maintaining impeccable housekeeping all around.
∎ Maintaining the equipment logbook and calibration records up to date.
∎ Giving the required information about the progress of the jobs on hand to the coordinators.
∎ Bringing to the notice of the Group Leader or above any discrepancy in test material, method or equipment.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Team player and capable to lead the team
∎ Delivering consistent result, ensuring integrity & transparency, ensuring customer delight and self-motivated
∎ Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skill
∎ Dexterity on MS office is expected, especially on word and excel
∎ High proficiency in verbal & written communication in English

Salary: Negotiable
