∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for all aspects of the injection molding process including, but not limited to, set-up and tear down, troubleshooting, equipment maintenance
∎ Make preventive maintenance checks and inspection of assigned equipment and repair, diagnose problems utilizing support equipment such as overhead cranes, chillers, air compressors and cooling stations.
∎ Perform all necessary maintenance on the machines & mold.
∎ Ability to read drawings, and set up sheets and maintenance of auxiliary equipment.
∎ Ability to meet deadlines and ability to work independently and in a team environment
∎ Analyses electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and operational problems of plastic injection molding machines;
∎ Troubleshoot and test equipment to check operations;
∎ Perform scheduled maintenance on plastic injection molding machines and also on mold
∎ Read and interpret schematics for process and instrumentation diagrams, and repair variable frequency drives, servo motors and controllers, PLC input/output cards, and safety modules
∎ Utilize skills in fabrication capabilities such as cutting and welding (mig, tig or stick), and work with electrical systems.
∎ Practice plant safety guidelines at all times and encourage your peers to practice safety all times.
∎ End each day knowing you made a difference
∎ Maintain good communication with all other sections and departments.
∎ Ensure cost effectiveness of the maintenance.
∎ To carry out any other assignment given by the company/immediate superior.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ At least 3 year(s) in plastic injection moulding m/c maintenance.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, understand simple English language Hard working.
∎ Ready to work in Shift.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Knowledge in Computer (MS Word, MS Excel).
∎ Ability to work with team.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
∎ Negotiable based on experience.
