Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Select appropriate coatings, paints, or sprays, or prepare them by mixing substances according to formulas.
∎ Prepare surfaces by sanding and cleaning them before painting.
∎ Apply paint, primer, or other coatings using appropriate methods and tools.
∎ Ensure quality of work by conducting visual inspections and making necessary touch-ups.
∎ Maintain equipment by cleaning, troubleshooting, and performing regular maintenance.
∎ Follow safety guidelines and regulations at all times.
∎ Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
∎ Communicate with management and co-workers about job progress and any issues or concerns.
∎ Train and Assist the local employee for improving their efficiency and effectiveness.
∎ MACKSONS PAINTS BANGLADESH LTD is looking for an accredited Technician to join our organization . As a Paint Technician, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces and applying paint, varnish, stain, enamel and other finishes to commercial and residential surfaces. You will also be responsible for mixing and matching colours, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard and that all health and safety regulations are adhered to. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in painting and decorating, and be able to work well under pressure. If you are an experienced and hardworking Paint Technician, we would love to hear from you.
