Job Responsibilities:
∎ Excellent Communication skill with customers in appropriate accent.
∎ Listen to & handle customer queries about products & services effectively
∎ Update customer information on the database after every call/support.
∎ Ensuring the highest quality of individual
∎ Analytic skill and working ability for team development.
∎ Duty Time 9 AM to 6 PM (Bangladesh Time)
∎ Good command in Microsoft office specially excels for daily reporting.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
