∎ B. Sc. in CSE/ ETE/ ECE/ Telecommunication/EEE from reputed public or private university preferred.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CCNA,Networking
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide professional and friendly support consistently via telephone, electronic help desk, and live chat with outstanding customer service skills and a dedication to the customer service experience. Respond promptly to customer inquiries
∎ Handle and resolve customer complaints
∎ Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
∎ Process support log, forms.
∎ Escalate requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
∎ Manage customers' accounts
∎ Record details of inquiries, comments, and complaints
∎ Record details of actions taken
∎ Manage administration
∎ Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply.
∎ No professional experience Required
∎ Working capability, a very hard and stereos situation.
∎ Interpersonal Skills
∎ Communication Skills - Verbal and Written
∎ Listening Skills
∎ Problem Analysis and Problem-Solving
