Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/Masters in MBBS from any recognized university with minimum second class/division or equivalent GPA/CGPA in all academic examinations.
∎ MPH will be given preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise and guide Assistant Technical Specialists (Clinic Supervisor and Medical Officer) in providing daily treatment to the camp people effectively.
∎ Ensure referring complicated severe cases to upazila health complex or other facilities.
∎ Provide necessary guidelines to the activities of Technical assistants to improve their capacity and competency through mentoring, coaching and on-the-job training
∎ Ensure effective coordination and communication with community the programme.
∎ Provide technical support for smooth implementation of the project.
∎ Provide assistance in preparing work plans, reports and requisitions accordingly.
∎ Manages the duty roster and vehicles for the service providers.
∎ Ensures availability of supply, logistics and medicines to the health centres.
∎ Represents BRAC in different meetings at Upazilla and camp level.
∎ Plans and carry out different trainings for the staff.
∎ Maintain working relationship with CiC, Camp Health focal, Site management and other relevant stakes.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and
∎ exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
