∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science and Engineering, Master of Science (MSc) in CSE or MIS , Or, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Major in Marketing, Or, Masters degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Direct Sales, IT and Software Marketing, IT Enabled Service, Software Sales
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establishing the technical needs of the customer and suggesting appropriate products.
∎ Explaining complex technical information to customers in a way that is easily understandable.
∎ Maintain Schedule visits for Customer Acquisition.
∎ Identify Target Customer and Needs Assessment.
∎ Depth Knowledge on Products and Solutions.
∎ Prepare proposals and reports related to technical products.
∎ Ensuring that sales targets are consistently met.
∎ Reporting to Team lead about sales made.
∎ Updating records of customer communications and contact information.
∎ Search for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximize client potential in designated regions.
∎ Develop long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements.
∎ Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
∎ Calculate client quotations and administer client accounts.
∎ Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
∎ Arrange and carry out product training.
∎ Able to analyze Products Costing, Pricing, and Conditions.
∎ Physically fit for frequent movement.
∎ Prepare reports for head office and keep customer records.
∎ Meet regular sales targets and coordinate sales projects.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent presentation skills and a professional appearance.
∎ Good at analyzing information to find and win new clients.
∎ Exceptional skills in selling products and closing deals.
∎ The organizational skills and self-discipline required to manage their time effectively.
∎ Adequate knowledge of different types of Software Technologies (i.e.: Oracle, Java, PHP, Python, Android), Hardware, and Networking.
∎ Should be able to prepare standard Technical Documentation.
∎ Excellent interpersonal communication and interaction skills with clients.
∎ The clear understanding of software design diagrams like Use Case, E-R Diagram, ER Model, Work Flow Diagram, and State Diagram
Salary: Negotiable
