- Age 22 to 32 years
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in project coordination or a related role.
•Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management software tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bengali.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
Responsibilities & Context:
• Assist project managers in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
• Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Ensure that clients` needs are met as the project evolves.
• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
• Work with the project manager to eliminate blockers.
• Use tools to monitor working hours, plans, and expenditures.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
• Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project-related materials such as presentations, reports, and documentation.
