Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Forms Programmer with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in developing, maintaining, and enhancing Oracle Forms-based business applications. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, PL/SQL, and database design concepts. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design user-centric solutions, troubleshoot system issues, and support ongoing application enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and maintain applications using Oracle Forms & Reports.
- Write efficient and optimized PL/SQL procedures, functions, packages, and triggers.
- Collaborate with business analysts and end-users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform application debugging, performance tuning, and troubleshooting of Oracle-based systems.
- Design and manage database objects such as tables, views, sequences, indexes, and constraints.
- Participate in application deployment, testing cycles, and documentation preparation.
- Ensure system reliability, data accuracy, and application security.
- Work with the support team to resolve production issues promptly.
- Contribute to process and system improvements with technical recommendations.
