• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Buying House, Garments Accessories, Factory, Washing Factory, Third Party Auditor (Quality, Health, Environment, Compliance
• Must be experienced in AQL inspection system & able to quality team.
• Must have knowledge of sample development, approve sample, swatch matching & finishing quality in

• Be actively involved in sampling and pre productions, liaise with merchandisers and vendors to do proper handovers to ensure first time sample approval.
• Ensure customer fit, quality, testing, measurement and fit requirements are met.
• Maintain quality SOP and responsible for quality and technical related issues arising in production and timely solutions to ensure on time delivery and zero quality claims.
• Review audit findings daily and find remedial actions and ensure shipments are within agreed quality parameters of the customer.
• Review Laboratory testing report/s daily and identify failures and take remedial actions to resolve the issues and provide require guidance to factories and QA's Woven
• Have an understanding of Woven , yarn , Stitch/ pattern development and chart.
• Having experience and capable of handling buyers independently on Quality Assurance matters.
• Conduct factory audits to ensure that factories meet international/customers' compliance standards.
• Check samples against product specifications to ensure that they meet customers' quality standards
• Provide technical support to merchandisers, factories and customers to ensure product quality
• All Kinds of product follows up and to arrange PP meeting to find out required attachment, quality control system according to style & buyer requirements
• Develop the quality standard and rules and regulations for achieving the quality of the garments.
• Lead a team of Quality officers, analysts, and technicians
• Must be capable to accomplish the in Line & pre-shipment and final inspection.
• Order to maintain a good standard product for executing shipment smoothly for the nominated
• Monitoring production and provide technical support to production unit when required, to ensure
• Quality standard. Must have through knowledge in planning, checking, follow-up, monitoring and reporting the activities of QA Prepare daily quality report and report to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
