∎ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
Requirements:

∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Minimum 8 years of experience in a Project Management role within a software development environment.
∎ Proven knowledge of ERP systems, including core modules such as Finance, Inventory, Procurement, HRM, and Supply Chain.
∎ Solid working knowledge of SQL Server and Oracle databases.
∎ Technical proficiency in Microsoft .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API). Prior development experience is strongly preferred.
∎ Excellent command over project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) and related tools (Jira, MS Project, Trello, etc.).
∎ Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results within deadlines.
∎ Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
∎ Experience managing large-scale enterprise software.
∎ Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and software quality assurance standards.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of ERP and software development projects.
∎ Manage, mentor, and lead developers—assign tasks, review code quality, ensure team productivity, and troubleshoot technical blockers.
∎ Collaborate with internal teams including software engineers, QA analysts, UI/UX designers, and business analysts to ensure alignment with project goals.
∎ Engage with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and ensure transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
∎ Oversee technical planning and assist in architecture discussions, particularly around .NET-based ERP systems.
∎ Translate functional requirements into detailed technical specifications and ensure their proper implementation.
∎ Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations while mitigating risks and resolving issues proactively.
∎ Ensure adherence to software development best practices, including version control, testing protocols, and deployment procedures.
∎ Conduct post-deployment evaluations and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
