• Experience with RMG ERP implementation.

• Strong understanding of SDLC and QA methodologies.Experience with test case creation and defect tracking.

• Knowledge of software testing tools and bug tracking systems.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Good communication and documentation skills.

• Understanding of ISO or software quality standards.

• Knowledge of API testing and performance testing basics.

• Monitor and evaluate software systems and business processes for quality compliance.

• Perform manual and automated testing of software applications.

• Ensure business requirements are accurately implemented in system functionalities.

• Conduct system audits, process reviews, and quality inspections.

• Identify bugs, inconsistencies, and process gaps and report them to relevant teams.

• Prepare detailed QC reports and performance metrics.

• Develop and implement QC procedures and documentation.

• Collaborate with developers and project managers.

• Ensure data accuracy, security, and integrity in systems.

• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and post-deployment monitoring.
