Responsibilities & Context:
1. Performing all network management tasks.
2. Performing all hardware management tasks.
3. Performing all server management tasks including monitoring.
4. Paying bills to corporate SIMs through Flexiload.
5. Assisting in paying salaries through Nagad.
6. Monitoring and reporting on bKash Merchant.
7. Following up on attendance devices.
8. Installing and monitoring CCTV cameras according to the unit.
9. Providing all types of IT support.
10. Taking and maintaining backups of files and servers.
11. Performing any other tasks assigned by the management authority
