Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc)

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company, Garments, Textile

• Age 25 to 45 years

• Strong knowledge of ASP.NET/ASP.NET Core, C#, SQL Server.

• Knowledge of ERP/HRIS systems is highly desirable.

• Understanding of payroll, leave management, and compliance (Bangladesh Labour Law preferred).

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Software engineer hands-on with developing distributed applications using ASP.Net CORE, C#.Net, Web.

• API, SQL Server.

• Good knowledge of OOP concept, Design patterns, LINQ, ADO.Net, Async programming.

• Familiar with microservice design patterns such as CQRS.

• Experience in Messaging Architecture, Service Bus Queue, BLOB.

• Develop all codes according to best practices for software development

• Develop Unit Testing scripts.

• Update technical documentation.

• Support application after Go-Live till end of Defect Liability Period and application troubleshooting.

• Integration with third-party services via APIs, SOAP and Web Services is preferred.

• JavaScript (jQuery),Typescript.

• Quick in understanding the business requirement and implementing it with quality.

• Collaborate with HR & Admin teams to understand business needs and translate them into system solutions.

• Customize HR modules (Recruitment, Leave, Attendance, Payroll, Performance, etc.) as per company requirements.
