Qualifications:·        

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Arts, or a relevant field from a reputable institution.   

• Applicants from other fields can apply if they can present a strong portfolio and relevant work experience.

• 1–3 years of professional experience in graphic design, presentation design, or a similar creative role.

• Must have a portfolio showcasing their best work (presentations, graphics, illustrations, branding pieces, etc.). Portfolio link must be included in the CV.

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop is a must.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint with a proven ability to create clean, modern, and professional corporate presentations. Must be able to use PowerPoint’s advanced features e.g. slide master, advanced animation using Morph, etc.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in both Bengali and English.

• A thirst for learning and proving themselves. The applicant must have a mindset to learn new tools and skills and deliver.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Clear understanding of layout and composition, visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory, and have a strong sense of aesthetics.

• Existing knowledge or experience in eLearning development is a plus.

• Participation in extra‑curricular activities, creative competitions, clubs, or community projects will be considered an advantage.

• Positive attitude, collaboration skills, professionalism, and a willingness to learn new tools and technologies.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and detail‑oriented Junior Graphic & Presentation Designer to join our Creative Services team, Red Balloon. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in graphic design principles, excellent presentation design skills, and a passion for visual communication. The selected candidate will collaborate closely with the Graphic Design & Illustration and eLearning Development teams.

The candidate must be eager to learn new tools and will receive training on Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, and other relevant tools, which they will use to support the eLearning development team.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Understand and interpret client briefs to visualize ideas and communicate key messages effectively.

·         Develop high‑quality graphics for print and digital platforms, including logos, icons, banners, standees, infographics, brochures, reports, billboards, social media posts, and marketing materials.

·         Support the eLearning team by designing and incorporating graphics into Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360 modules (training will be provided).

·         Design visually compelling PowerPoint presentations, templates, and layouts for diverse audiences.

·         Design graphic assets for video animation and other multimedia projects.

·         Craft clean, impactful typography and maintain strong visual hierarchy, layout balance, color harmony, and perspective.

·         Produce vector and raster graphics optimized for multiple formats and sizes.

·         Apply and adapt brand guidelines into high‑impact visual formats.

·         Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for design and storytelling.

·         Take feedback constructively and revise designs promptly and accurately.

·         Prepare print‑ready files with correct specifications and formatting.

·         Ensure timely delivery of design materials while maintaining high quality.

·         Communicate with clients when needed to clarify objectives or align design direction.

·         Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques.

·         Support in campaigns and events.

·         Perform any other relevant tasks assigned by the supervisor.
