Responsibilities & Context:
Provide technical support and maintenance for Java-based software applications.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software/system-related issues.
Monitor application performance and ensure smooth operation.
Coordinate with the development team for bug fixing and enhancement requests.
Assist in software deployment, implementation, and user training.
Maintain technical documentation and issue logs.
Support database-related operations and system configuration when required.
Communicate with clients regarding technical issues and provide timely solutions.
