Context:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Technical Manager for our garments export operations. The candidate must have strong expertise in merchandising, technical processes, and apparel production, with the ability to handle international buyers from Germany, USA, and the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage technical aspects of woven and knit garments production.
Communicate and coordinate with international buyers to meet their requirements and standards.
Lead and supervise the quality team and ensure proper quality control in production.
Train and develop the factory quality assurance team.
Identify production and quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Monitor production progress and ensure on-time shipment.
Maintain strong coordination with manufacturers and internal teams.
Ensure compliance with buyer standards and international quality requirements.
