Educational Requirements:
∎ At least Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science Engineering.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Delegate technical responsibilities among the teams and monitor the progress of projects.
∎ Deliver products/ projects according to the requirements, on time, and on budget.
∎ Work closely with team leaders during all phases of the development lifecycle.
∎ Work closely with the business team to understand the business flows and needs of a project.
∎ Review all work produced by the development team. Ensure codes and documentations meet company standards.
∎ Oversee user testing and report results-adjust requirements as needed.
∎ Report progress, including any changes made to plans and production.
∎ Contribute to product design and establishment of requirements.
∎ Conduct interviews, hire and train new technical staff.
∎ Provide guidance and insight to upper management.
∎ Introduce and adopt new technology
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum of 12 years' experience in the Software Development & Information Technology field
∎ Minimum of 5 to 7 years' experience as a Technical Manager/ Project Manager
∎ Ability to work in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment
∎ Exceptional communication and reporting skills
∎ Strong understand on the business scope of a product or project.
∎ Solid working knowledge in all required programming languages (Java, Dot Net, Etc.) and database (Oracle, SQL etc.)
∎ Outstanding leadership skills and ability to delegate responsibilities effectively
∎ Having any business degree/ knowledge is preferable
∎ Solid idea in standard project management tools and frameworks
∎ PMP/ PRINCE2/ Agile certified candidates will get preference
