Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor Degree/ Masters in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop, manage, implement , communicate and maintain a quality plan.
∎ Effectively interact with Development, Quality and Production team.
∎ Assisting technicians for checking patterns/specification and construction
∎ Supervise in handling of sample evaluation and production approval.
∎ Responsible for each aspect of quality control and product assembly
∎ Provide enough quality control seminars and coaching for company trainees.
∎ Ensuring all quality & production issue by Auditing & Controlling.
∎ To conduct pre-production meeting and advise whatever critical issue during sample stage to ensure zero mistake in bulk.
∎ Bulk pattern release with checking all sample comments , fabric shrinkage & maintain product SOP.
∎ Doing In-line inspection to check quality.
∎ Follow-up Pre-Final Inspection.
∎ To keep all necessary documents and quality SOP.
∎ Ultimately ensure final product quality.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by senior management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ 8 to 10 years in the related area.
