Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor Degree in any discipline/Masters
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Need to participate in PP Meeting & follow up sample.
∎ Need to follow up line feeding & processes
∎ Follow-up (TOP, Shipping rack,testing etc) samples.
∎ Communication with fabric mill if fabric have any issues( Ex: GSM, Shade variation, fabric defects etc.
∎ Follow up fabric shrinkage status & size set correction
∎ Give correcting action for any issue about cutting.
∎ Need to review first line output & give comments & approval.
∎ Brief the style wise important areas /point with relevant QA team.
∎ Follow finishing return & audit pass rate & discuss with relevant sewing Executive/In-charge.
∎ Follow up DHU% & finishing return & get corrective action.
∎ Ensuring product safety, quality & product integrity
∎ Proper & smooth monitoring in Final Inspection
∎ Need to follow up pre-final audits.
∎ Discuss inline findings with relevant personnel;
∎ If any defects quantity (Shading, measurement out of tolerance) is more ; need to discuss with relevant sewing people & get correction.
∎ Proper Guidance & Training to QA Team
∎ Need to monitor the process & see the opportunities to improve .
∎ Need to maintain good housekeeping at the related area.
∎ Opportunities need to discuss with top management for implementation;
∎ Monitor all report preparing on correct method
∎ If any discrepancy found need to discuss with QA -AGM
∎ Any other task given by management as per company requirements
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ 8 to 10 years experience at Quality Dept & 2-3 years experience as Quality Assistant Manager in a reputed Knit factory.
