∎ Pulse Tech Ltd. is looking for a Technical Lead and Software Engineer who has experience on leading technical team and core knowledge on software architecture and full stack development. We are primarily focused in HealthTech industry and creating some interesting products to improve our Health Care community.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead a web and mobile application development team
∎ Designing and developing web based application based on requirements
∎ Follow-up mobile developers to complete app development
∎ Research and develop new features, explore different new web and mobile technologies and implement those
∎ Design scalable database and efficient software architectural plan
∎ Accomplish any kind of technical documentation as per requirement
∎ Responsible to the post-deployment enhancement and bug fixing according to QC or Support feedback
∎ Maintain design pattern, best practices, UI pixel perfection, and quality code
∎ Strong knowledge of design principles, design patterns, and other best practices
∎ Experience with responsive web design and website optimization
∎ Understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
∎ Communicate and provide technical support to local and international clients
∎ Maintain readable, reusable code with proper commenting
∎ Maintain version controlling system and project management tool
∎ Any other technical tasks assigned by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 5 to 8 year(s) Experience in Software Engineering
∎ Minimum 2 Years' Experience as Team Lead
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ JavaKotlin, Laravel/Django, PHP/Python Software Architect
∎ Must have expertise on leading a technical team
∎ Solid foundation of software architecture design
∎ Clear concept on different web development stack. Must have professional knowledge on two different stacks including Laravel/Django
∎ Clear understanding of OOP, data structure, algorithm and multithreading
∎ Must have professional experience on different front end technologies - HTML, CSS, SASS, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, Bootstrap, Material, etc.
∎ Must have sound knowledge on relational and non-relational database design and scaling up DB
∎ Must have multiple live website/app developed fully or partially by own
∎ Having professional experience on React/Flutter/Vue/Angular will be a big plus
∎ Having experience in Node.js will be a big plus
∎ Must have implementation experience on those: REST API, JSON, Responsive web
∎ Good to have implementation knowledge on various third party APIs and modules i.e: Google map, YouTube, Analytics, etc.
∎ Must have experience on several types technical documentation and good command in presentation
∎ Solid understanding of the full web development life cycle.
∎ Ability to work individually and independently with minimal supervision
∎ Familiar with Git, Trello and Jira
Salary: Tk. 70000 - 100000 (Monthly)
