Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Our B2B Wholesale E-Commerce MedBox Solution Ltd. is a wholesale e-commerce platform helping pharmacies with seamless product sourcing, last mile logistics, and embedded financing.
∎ Skills Required:
∎ · Maintain petty cash, cash book, ledger book, Asset Register and other registers.
∎ · Preparing Voucher regarding daily expenditures and transaction.
∎ · Preparing monthly budget and analysis the differences with actual.
∎ · Cash management to ensure the sufficient fund for continuing business operation.
∎ · Regular operation and financial performance reports to management in regularly.
∎ · Preparing annual financial statements.
∎ · Maintain all kinds of records through ERP software.
∎ · Prepare bank reconciliation statements and conduct banking-related tasks.
∎ · Submission return for VDS and TDS in time.
∎ · Prepare management reports on monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, yearly and as when necessary and submit the reports to the management on time.
∎ · All over the works for accounts department (if required)
