∎ Good Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,).
∎ Sound knowledge to maintain ERP software.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • Maintain petty cash, cash book, ledger book, Asset Register and other registers.
∎ • Preparing Voucher regarding daily expenditures and transaction.
∎ • Preparing monthly budget and analysis the differences with actual.
∎ • Cash management to ensure the sufficient fund for continuing business operation.
∎ • Regular operation and financial performance reports to management in regularly.
∎ • Preparing annual financial statements.
∎ • Maintain all kinds of records through ERP software.
∎ • Prepare bank reconciliation statements and conduct banking-related tasks.
∎ • Submission return for VDS and TDS in time.
∎ • Prepare management reports on monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, yearly and as when necessary and submit the reports to the Management on time.
∎ • All over the works for accounts department (if required)
