Job Context:
∎ Rezia Management Consulting (RMC) is an industrial consulting company started its operation in 2010 on a mission to prepare workers in the apparel, leather, plastic, and light engineering industry for future of work demand and skills need.
∎ RMC is working to implement different management systems standards, skill training, social compliance, and decent work in RMG, Textile, Leather, Footwear, Light Engineering, Food & Beverage, Ceramics, Furniture, Battery, Electronics, Construction & Real Estate, Plastics, Printing, Shipping and other industries.
∎ RMC is 20 percent female and 80 percent male staffed organization. The company is based in Uttara, Dhaka.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Technical Lead (Access to Finance):
∎ Provide SMEs financial support as per proposed activities
∎ Provide necessary documents to SMEs to maintain profit and loss statements, and balance sheets
∎ Assist in maintaining Bank and bkash/mobile money transaction statements, Customer receipts, and Schedule of fixed assets of the business.
∎ Determine the type of financing for the SMEs amongst equity, simple debt, equipment finance/lease, revenue/profit share (Shariah-compliant) or convertible debt.
∎ # Technical Lead (Access to Market):
∎ Provide SMEs access to market business support as per proposed activities
∎ Digital Media & E-Commerce Collateral Development through Audit of existing media presence (online, social media)
∎ Update Facebook page, assist in boosting pages.
∎ Assist to design and run social media and SEO campaigns.
∎ Assist in making comprehensive marketing plan for individual SMEs.
∎ # Technical Lead (Productivity Improvement-Light Engineering/Leather Goods):
∎ Provide SMEs production process development and productivity improvement support
∎ Develops processes to ensure productivity improvement processes become fundamental business processes
∎ Find out the limitations and barriers in productivity improvement in the SMEs
∎ Develop the system to overcome the limitations and barriers in productivity improvement

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 40 years
