Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Customer Support/ Client Service, Digital Marketing, Excellent communication skill, Finance/ Accounts, HR Operations, industrial research
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handling inquiries in the office, over the phone, and on online platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, etc., and converting these inquiries into business opportunities.
∎ Maintain a proper database in Excel.
∎ Actively performing follow-up actions with clients to ensure conversions and sales leads.
∎ Must be able to communicate via emails promptly, timely, and professionally.
∎ Should be a quick learner and able to multitask.
∎ Responsible for both B2B & B2C lead generation using various lead generation tools and techniques.
∎ Support the Finance and Human Resource teams with administrative work.
∎ Occasionally, you may need to support the field team for various consultancy support (Productivity Improvement, Supply Chain Development, Access to Finance, Access to Market, Skills Training, etc.) to different industries.
∎ Conduct various survey/market research.
∎ Assist in different project proposal development activities.

Salary:
∎ Remuneration: BDT 3000/month during the internship period.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Weekly 2 holidays
∎ Office Time: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Sunday - Thursday)
