Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc) in industrial production engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Leather Engineering
∎ Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 years of experience in the relevant field.
∎ Training/Trade Course: Leather Engineering,Industrial leather goods production
∎ Skills Required: Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Communications skills (both written and oral in English), Content writing, Data Analysis, Data Entry, Project Management, Reporting and Documentation

RMC is working to implement different management systems standards, skill training, social compliance, and decent work in RMG, Textile, Leather, Footwear, Light Engineering, Food & Beverage, Ceramics, Furniture, Battery, Electronics, Construction & Real Estate, Plastics, Printing, Shipping, and other industries.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Finalize leather-based MSME list opted for productivity and other business services.
∎ Conduct MSMEs' need assessment.
∎ Develop MSMEs' business development service plan and delivery model in coordination with other team members.
∎ Deliver required productivity services to individual MSMEs and develop management training materials if required.
∎ Provide MSMEs production process development and productivity improvement support.
∎ Develops processes to ensure productivity improvement processes become fundamental business processes.
∎ Find out the limitations and barriers to productivity improvement in the MSMEs
∎ Develop the system to overcome the limitations and barriers to productivity improvement
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge in Leather Sectors.
∎ Sound knowledge of productivity improvement processes and methods
∎ Practical experience in calculating Standard Minute Value (SMV) and Efficiency
∎ Expert in preparing Process Flow Diagram
∎ Practically applied the 5S method in workplace and warehouse
∎ Sound Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing.
∎ Sound knowledge of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
∎ Candidates who have relevant experience and completed professional courses will get high preferences. In addition, good skills in MS office applications are required.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ A competitive salary package will be offered based on the education and other qualification of the successful candidates.
Initially, this is a contractual position but will be confirmed as permanently based on performance.
