InfoStream is expanding its team and seeking a Technical Digital Services & Solutions Sales Specialist to drive growth in its digital services portfolio. This role combines consultative sales, telesales, and technical presales support, acting as a key link between clients and internal teams.

The successful candidate will identify client needs, support solution design, conduct product demonstrations, manage telesales activities, and contribute to technical proposals. This position is ideal for a motivated sales professional with strong technical knowledge and the ability to translate IT solutions into business value.

Key Responsibilities

Client Needs Assessment & Requirements Gathering

Conduct structured discovery sessions and needs assessments with clients.

Gather, document, and analyse customer requirements, objectives, constraints, and technical preferences.

Identify suitable products, services, and solution opportunities aligned with client business needs.

Collaborate with sales, product, and technical teams to qualify and validate customer requirements.

Technical Solution Design & Presales Support

Assist in designing technical solutions aligned with InfoStream’s services and customer requirements.

Consider commercial, cost, financial, and budget implications when recommending solutions.

Support presales activities, including solution positioning, technical clarifications, and proposal development.

Assist in developing Proof of Concepts (POCs) to demonstrate feasibility and business value.

Participate in preliminary site visits, trial testing, and presales coordination.

Product Presentation & Demonstration

Conduct basic product and solution demonstrations under supervision.

Support technical presentations and solution walkthroughs for prospective clients.

Prepare materials that clearly communicate technical features, benefits, and business impact.

Sales & Tele Sales Activities

Conduct inbound and outbound telesales calls to generate, qualify, and nurture leads.

Present InfoStream’s digital services and solutions professionally via phone and virtual meetings.

Qualify leads by understanding client needs, budgets, timelines, and decision-making processes.

Schedule meetings, demonstrations, and follow-ups for sales and technical teams.

Support sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.

Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and opportunities in the CRM system.

Analyse basic sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Handle initial objections and escalate complex technical or commercial queries.

Technical Proposal & Pricing Support

Contribute to technical proposals, including solution descriptions, implementation plans, and timelines.

Support opportunity-specific costing and pricing models, including assumptions and input parameters.

Participate in proposal reviews to ensure technical accuracy, feasibility, and alignment with client requirements.

Support the completion of RFI/RFP responses and tender documentation.

Client Relationship Management

Assist in building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Participate in regular follow-ups and check-ins to ensure satisfaction and understand evolving business and technical needs.

Support customer success initiatives and long-term account growth.

Internal Collaboration & Continuous Learning

Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product management, engineering, web development, and marketing.

Share customer feedback and insights to support service and solution improvements.

Continuously enhance technical, commercial, and industry knowledge through training and self-learning.


Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related disciplines.

Excellent command of English; proficiency in Arabic is an added advantage.

Experience

1–5 years of experience in sales, telesales, or client-facing roles.

Essential: Experience in B2B sales within IT solutions or digital services.

Experience in Arabic-speaking markets and the Middle East is an added advantage.
