Leading & Mentoring Team
Lead, motivate, and develop the IT Infrastructure team to achieve strategic objectives.
Manage and prioritize the team’s workload and ensure timely project delivery.
Oversee hybrid infrastructure, including on-premises servers and cloud platforms.
Manage deployment, operation, and optimization of Azure-based solutions (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
Oversee team skill development, training, and certification, particularly in cloud technologies (Azure/AWS).
Provide mentorship and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Manage IT Projects
Implement cloud governance, monitoring, and cost optimization strategies.
Ensure high availability, scalability, and disaster recovery for cloud workloads.
Forecast upcoming requirements and prepare proposals for management approval.
Troubleshoot and Manage Technical Issues
Develop and enforce best practices, IT security standards, and operational controls in line with regulatory requirements.
Implement and manage cloud security features including Azure Security Centre, Sentinel, Defender, Key Vault, and Identity Management.
Conduct vulnerability assessments (VA), penetration testing (PT), and remediate risks across on-premises and cloud environments.
Design and operate Azure Site Recovery and Backup solutions.
Ensure robust data security, backup, and recovery processes.
Manage data centre operations and disaster recovery planning.
Collaboration with Entities and Departments
Analyze departmental requirements to design and deliver technology solutions aligned with business needs.
Collaborate with global and cross-functional teams to improve workflows and automate processes.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for solution design, procurement, AMC/SLA management, and troubleshooting.
Develop and Implement Policies
Plan, design, and deploy system, network, security, and cloud infrastructure.
Ensure compliance with standards such as ISO 27001 and data privacy regulations.
Documentation
Maintain documentation for system operations, purchases, approvals, incidents, and changes. Preserve and optimize IT and cloud assets.
