Lead and supervise a team, ensuring effective task management, escalation handling, and alignment with organizational objectives and client SLAs.
Manage and maintain Core Network, DC/DR, and POP infrastructure, including troubleshooting and resolution of issues related to OSPF, BGP, MPLS, DDoS, and other routing/switching technologies.
Ensure high availability, stability, and performance of core and POP network infrastructure.
Monitor, track, and resolve support tickets in compliance with SLA requirements and client expectations, providing timely updates and accurate technical responses.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication, efficient problem resolution, and service quality assurance.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional and interdepartmental teams to support joint problem-solving and timely service delivery.
Manage Bank Internet connectivity and DC–DR Layer 2 services, coordinating with IIGs for VPN and service-related issues while ensuring transparent L2 links between Bank DC and DR sites.
Lead and deliver Proof of Concept (POC) projects for banking clients, as per client requirements.
Provide configuration, OS upgrade, and patch-related support for Huawei network devices for banking and enterprise clients.
Support implementation and service assurance for Layer 2, Layer 3, and MPLS networks connecting DC/DR, branches, and ATM services.
Participate in client meetings for service implementation, technical discussions, and project coordination.
Contribute to testing and validation of enterprise ERP systems, including ticketing, sales tracking, and POP management modules, in collaboration with solution vendors and internal teams.
Share technical knowledge, best practices, configurations, and solutions with the team to enhance overall operational efficiency.
