Provide technical support to end users for their laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, UPS, projectors, and other IT equipment
Setup & troubleshoot network equipment
Maintain attendance machine, CCTV camera, wireless access point & Wi-Fi router
Maintain IT inventory
All other relevant activities as and when required.
