We are expanding our creative team and looking for a highly skilled Senior Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer who is passionate about visual storytelling, advertising creatives, AI-assisted production, and creating world-class marketing videos for international audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing

• Edit high-quality promotional videos, commercials, product videos, explainer videos, and social media content.

• Produce engaging videos for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and websites.

• Create product showcase videos for e-commerce brands.

• Edit cinematic marketing videos with strong storytelling.

• Optimize videos for different aspect ratios and digital platforms.

Motion Graphics & Animation

• Design professional 2D motion graphics.

• Create logo animations, typography animations, UI animations, and kinetic typography.

• Produce animated infographics and marketing visuals.

• Develop animated promotional videos and product launch videos.

• Design engaging visual effects and transitions.

AI Video Production

• Utilize AI-powered creative tools to enhance production workflows.

• Integrate AI-generated visuals, voiceovers, subtitles, and animations.

• Collaborate with the AI product team to evaluate and improve AI-generated creative outputs.

• Stay updated with emerging AI video technologies and industry trends.

Creative Production

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to produce high-converting advertising creatives.

• Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and video scripts.

• Maintain consistent branding across all digital content.

• Ensure all deliverables meet premium quality standards.

Performance Marketing Support

• Create video advertisements optimized for Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

• Produce multiple creative variations for A/B testing.

• Optimize video creatives based on campaign performance and audience engagement.

Team Collaboration

• Mentor junior editors and creative designers.

• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

• Coordinate with photographers, designers, content writers, and marketing specialists.

Required Skills

Must Have

• 5–6+ years of professional experience in video editing and motion graphics.

• Expert knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.

• Expert knowledge of Adobe After Effects.

• Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

• Excellent understanding of storytelling, pacing, composition, and color grading.

• Experience editing commercial advertisements and promotional videos.

• Strong knowledge of sound design, audio mixing, and synchronization.

• Experience creating social media video content.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with DaVinci Resolve.

• Experience using Cinema 4D or Blender.

• Knowledge of Adobe Audition.

• Experience creating product advertisements for e-commerce brands.

• Familiarity with AI creative tools such as Runway, Kling AI, Veo, Pika, Midjourney, ChatGPT, and similar platforms.

• Experience producing SaaS product videos.

• Basic understanding of UI/UX animation.

• Knowledge of video optimization for paid advertising.

• Experience with YouTube and social media content strategies.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Film & Media, or a related discipline.

• Relevant certifications or a strong professional portfolio will receive preference.
