Good communication skill and teamwork.
Must working experience in ISP/IIG.
Responsibilities & Context:
Configure & Manage Routers, Switches, Mikrotik, OLT.
Mikrotik configuration vlan, bgp, filter rules, ip address, pppoe, nat, queues.
OLT configuration Epon, Gpon.
Switch Cisco Nexus, Huwaei, Arista, Bdcom.
Monitor network using tools like The Dude, LibreNms, MRTG.
Provide support to Mac/Bandwidth Clients.
Receive phone calls and provide required support.
Working with any kinds of Network Troubleshooting and Outages issues.
Manage technicians to bring up new links and to maintain existing links.
Proactive problem-solver with analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple priorities.
Collaborating with NOC and Core Team to ensure efficient service of the company.
