• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Engineering, Telecommunication
• Diploma in Engineering in Computer Engineering

Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

MikroTik Certified Network Associate (MTCNA)

• At least 1 year
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): ISP

• Age 20 to 30 years
• Only Male

• Sound knowledge of IP routing (BGP, OSPF, MPLS).

• Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, and Mikrotik routers and switches.

• Familiarity with NOC monitoring tools and network troubleshooting practices.

• Awareness of BTRC compliance and regulatory network standards is a plus.

• Ability to work under pressure and on a roster/night-shift basis when required.

• Ability to work under stress to achieve KPI

• Configure and manage Routers, Switches, Mikrotik, and OLT devices.

• Perform Mikrotik configurations including VLAN, BGP, filter rules, IP addressing, PPPoE, NAT, and Queue Management.

• Configure and maintain OLT devices for EPON and GPON networks.

• Work with enterprise-grade switches such as Cisco Nexus, Huawei, and BDCOM.

• Provide technical support to MAC and Bandwidth clients and ensure timely issue resolution.

• Respond to support calls, trouble tickets, and network incidents efficiently.

• Troubleshoot network outages, connectivity issues, and performance-related problems.

• Coordinate with field technicians for new link deployments, maintenance activities, and fault resolution.

• Collaborate closely with NOC, Core Network, and Technical Teams to maintain network stability and service quality.
