We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to support inbound and outbound customer service operations. The role involves handling customer queries, complaints, and service requests while maintaining high service quality and confidentiality.
Receive and make customer calls related to banking services.
Provide accurate information on accounts, cards, digital banking, and general queries.
Record customer interactions, complaints, and requests in the CRM system.
Resolve customer issues within defined turnaround time (TAT).
Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the Supervisor as per SOP.
Maintain strict confidentiality of customer and organizational data.
Follow approved scripts, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
Achieve assigned KPIs including AHT, FCR, CSAT, call quality, and attendance
