Responsibilities & Context:
Financial Reporting
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Prepare management reports, financial analyses, and executive dashboards.
Coordinate month-end and year-end closing activities.
Support Board, Audit Committee, and regulatory reporting requirements.
Analyze financial performance and provide actionable recommendations to management.
Internal Control
Review and strengthen financial and operational control frameworks.
Monitor compliance with company policies, SOPs, and delegated authority structures.
Conduct control assessments and recommend process improvements.
Collaborate with business units to implement corrective actions and mitigate risks.
Support ERP enhancement and reporting automation initiatives.
Compliance & Governance
Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements.
Coordinate with external auditors, internal auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
Prepare audit schedules, reconciliations, and compliance documentation.
Monitor changes in accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Promote a strong compliance culture across the organization.
Special Projects
Participate in finance transformation, automation, ERP optimization, and process improvement initiatives.
Support due diligence, business analysis, and strategic projects assigned by management.
