Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive, highly organised, and results-driven Company Secretary to support our growth and community-building initiatives. This role combines executive-level secretarial and administrative support with community recruitment and engagement.

You will play a crucial role in helping L3AD achieve its ambitious target of growing the L3AD Leaders community to 2,500 members by January 2026. This includes engaging and recruiting NRB (Non-Resident Bangladeshi) industry leaders, global professionals, and investors, while ensuring smooth day-to-day operational support for the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Community Engagement

Proactively identify and recruit potential L3AD Leaders through LinkedIn, Facebook, and other professional platforms.

Build and maintain relationships with NRB professionals, global experts, and investors with mentoring or investment potential.

Design and implement outreach campaigns to engage and convert prospects.

Maintain a structured pipeline of leads and track performance against recruitment targets.

Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage events, partnerships, and affiliate networks for recruitment.

Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new members, clearly communicating the value and benefits of joining L3AD.

2. Administrative & Secretarial Support

Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the Head of Growth & Community.

Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations.

Maintain well-organised digital filing systems for key documents.

Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of team operations.

Qualifications & Skills

Essential Skills & Experience

Fluent in English and Bengali, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Proven sales and engagement skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.

Strong interpersonal and networking skills, with a confident, professional demeanour.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.

Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, sales, or community engagement, ideally in a B2B or digital environment.

Proficiency in LinkedIn and other social media platforms for outreach and networking.

Experience in administrative or secretarial roles is highly desirable.

Preferred Attributes

Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Familiarity with NRB networks, diaspora communities, or digital entrepreneurship is an advantage.
