Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing Canva-based designs.
• Advanced proficiency in Canva (brand kits, templates, animations, advanced tools).
• Experience with video editing tools (Canva Video Editor, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar).
• Strong eye for detail, colour, typography, and layout.
• Creativity and originality with the ability to translate ideas into impactful visuals and multimedia content.
• Excellent time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English and Bengali, with strong written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) is a plus but not mandatory.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly creative, detail-oriented, and skilled Graphic Designer with advanced skills in Canva and multimedia design to join our growing team.

This role is central to shaping L3AD’s visual identity across digital platforms. You will design engaging graphics, multimedia assets, and promotional content to support our community-building and growth initiatives, including campaigns that help us achieve our target of expanding the L3AD Leaders community to 2,500 members by January 2026.

You will also play a vital role in supporting marketing, recruitment, and community engagement activities through impactful designs, and by producing professional-quality multimedia content, including podcasts and videos.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce creative content using Canva for social media, marketing campaigns, presentations, reports, posters, flyers, and digital brand materials.
• Edit and enhance videos and audio to create professional-quality podcasts and promotional clips.
• Develop engaging multimedia assets such as animations, reels, and short-form videos for multiple platforms.
• Ensure brand consistency across all visuals and media while maintaining high creative standards.
• Collaborate with the marketing and community teams to conceptualize and deliver impactful design solutions.
• Adapt and repurpose content into multiple formats for different platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, websites).
• Review and refine designs with precision and attention to detail before final delivery.
• Stay updated on the latest design and multimedia trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to projects.
• Perform other design and creative tasks as assigned, but not limited to the above responsibilities.
