Responsibilities & Context:
We are hiring a full-time, 100% remote Digital Marketing & Graphics Designer to join our team.
Requirements:
• Strong skills in Graphics Design
• SEO expertise
• Video Editing capability
• Marketing & Sales experience
Experience:
• 2 to 6 years
• Experience in B2B Software and Services Startup environments
Additional Requirements:
• Technical Sales, Tele Sales, Software Sales
• Experience using CRM systems
Qualifications:
• Excellent command of English; Arabic is an added advantage
• Proven experience in B2B sales within IT solutions or digital services
• Experience in Arabic-speaking markets and the Middle East is an added advantage
Age: 20 to 45 years
Salary: 25,000 – 45,000 BDT
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Develop, plan, and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (email, social media, paid ads)
• Design high-quality graphics for social media, websites, presentations, and marketing collateral
• Create and edit engaging video content, including motion graphics and promotional videos
• Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO, and optimise website content for better ranking
• Generate leads through campaigns, landing pages, and outreach initiatives
• Support sales activities including prospecting, client communication, and proposal preparation
• Manage CRM systems to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
• Analyse campaign performance using analytics tools and generate actionable insights
• Continuously optimise campaigns to improve engagement, conversion, and ROI
