• Expertise in distributed systems, cloud and platform security, application security, fraud detection, and regulatory frameworks

• Strong crisis management capability, structured communication, and strategic decision-making skills

• Proven ability to influence at ManCom level and collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams

• Strong understanding of cybersecurity standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, PCI DSS

• Ability to manage large-scale security operations, high-velocity transactions, and massive data environments

• High emotional intelligence, long-term strategic thinking, and ability to inspire teams

Strategic Leadership & Planning

·       Define and execute long-term cyber defense strategy aligned with organizational risk posture

·       Lead the Zero Trust roadmap and provide strategic cybersecurity counsel to senior leadership

Cyber Defense & Architecture

·       Oversee Security Operations, Threat Intelligence, AppSec, IAM, Cloud Security, Data Security, Platform Resilience, and SOC maturity

·       Modernize detection platforms, automation pipelines, and control frameworks

·       Ensure cyber defense capabilities scale for 100M+ users, large partner ecosystems, and high-throughput transactions

Fraud & Abuse Intelligence

·       Strengthen detection models across account takeover, device tampering, campaign abuse, and financial crime

·       Integrate cyber intelligence with fraud analytics and regulatory insights

Governance & Compliance

·       Build strong relationships with regulators and ecosystem partners

·       Ensure alignment with NIST, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and other local/global standards

·       Oversee policy development, control assurance, and board-level reporting

Leadership & Team Development

·       Build a high-performance cybersecurity organization

·       Conduct scenario exercises, resilience planning, and strategic briefings

·       Foster a culture of accountability and continuous learning

Technology Oversight

·       Guide strategic investments in SOC modernization, automation, cloud security, and distributed systems

Assess emerging threats and technologies to support sustainable architecture
