  • 3–6 years of experience in operations management, project coordination, or managerial roles

  • Comfortable with remote communication tools (Zoom, Google Meet, Slack, etc.)

  • Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (Asana, Trello, ClickUp, Jira, etc.)

  • Basic understanding of IT services, digital marketing, or creative/3D workflows

Job Summary: WW Tech Ltd. is seeking a capable and responsible Manager – Projects & Operations to oversee daily operations, manage client projects, coordinate internal teams, and ensure smooth execution across departments. The role requires strong leadership, decision-making ability, and flexibility to support international client communication when required.

Work Schedule & Flexibility

  • Saturday to Thursday

  • Standard office hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

  • Saturday: 9.30am - 2.00 pm

  • Occasional night-time or off-hour remote client communication may be required based on project needs

  • Work hours will be adjusted accordingly to ensure adequate rest and work-life balance

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Management

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure workflow efficiency

  • Coordinate activities across development, design, digital marketing, and 3D teams

  • Monitor team productivity and resource allocation

  • Ensure internal processes and SOPs are followed

Project & Client Oversight

  • Supervise multiple ongoing client projects and ensure timely delivery

  • Act as a senior point of contact for key clients

  • Review project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards

  • Resolve escalations, delays, or operational bottlenecks

  • Handle client communication during off-hours or at night when required (remote), particularly for international clients

Team Coordination

  • Guide team leads and support staff in task prioritization

  • Conduct regular follow-ups and performance monitoring

  • Support onboarding and training of new team members

Reporting & Planning

  • Prepare and present regular status reports to management

  • Track operational performance, risks, and improvement areas

  • Assist management in planning and process optimization
