Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have good leadership quality to manage team.
∎ Must be able to distribute duties and responsibilities to subordinates and supervise their work regularly.
∎ Developing the quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives.
∎ Responsible for Corporate & Digital Business Development
∎ Effective Marketing & Sales Plan on Deep analysis
∎ Responsible for managing Project Execution, Organize and Manage.
∎ Understanding and Identifying Customer Requirements and Issues.
∎ Customer satisfaction management by ensuring smooth project.
∎ Involve in improving Key customer relationship and monitor the CRM for entire key delivery team member.
∎ Responsible for improving resource and process efficiency and accommodate the digital transformation.
∎ Find out new service sales opportunity and operate accordingly
∎ Must have sound knowledge on Digital Marketing, Digital Advertisement, 3D Animation, Video Rendering, Upwork, Fiverr etc.
∎ Must be able to maintain company website and do backend work when necessary.
∎ Complete all tasks properly & timely as given by management and effective communication between company & employee.
∎ Responsible for companies different premises IT related issues.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.
