Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain, Configure and Monitoring all Desktop , laptop and make sure functioning properly all network related equipment.
Provide technical support, repair and Hardware changes or installation to resolve hardware/software problem when required as per Group IT Policy.
Try resolve issue when user face AD, File Server, ISP related problem when I failed raised ticket or help with Group IT.
Attend, Issue raised and Present daily task plan on Daily Standup Meeting on MS Trims ( ERP and infra related) and Present Weekly IT Status Report (Every Thursday Before Lunch)
Monitoring Surveillance system and Monthly Record Backup.
Provide Support and Train new joiner about ERP (Trims), Fast React and Team Portal.
Try to Prevent Network security attack, malicious attack by Sophos and Present Weekly Sophos PC Status.
Monitoring, ADD or Remove Extension on PABX system.
Check incoming/outgoing, frequency and Clear level in IPTP Telephone.
Make sure with Group IT to Convolute Backup is up to date.
Give Estimate monthly IT consumed item uses to store for Prepare monthly IT Requisition and Up to date Group IT Asset Register.
And other task which is assigned by management.
