Job Context:
∎ Project Name: Agaami- An action for fostering women`s leap towards Future Project
∎ 1 position, based at CARE Gazipur Hub Office
∎ This Contract will be up to August 15, 2021
∎ Reporting to: Directly report to Team Leader
∎ Working Condition: Care Bangladesh Gazipur hub office with extensive field visit

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5-6 years' experience in the field of curriculum development on gender, workers rights, workers wellbeing
∎ Understanding of women workers issues in RMG and knowledge on the ecosystem of the sector.
∎ Experience of work on capacity building particularly on HR systems and capacity building.
∎ Experience in supporting women into leadership roles / in community or other settings.
∎ Good skill in communication, networking and liaison with local counterparts.
∎ Training and facilitation experience.
∎ Experience in data collection.
∎ Fluent in Bangla and English.
∎ Typing skills in Bangla Mandatory
∎ Computer skills on MS word, Excel, Power point.
