  • At least five years of tele-sales experience (preferably in companies like Ghorer-Bazar, Halal Foods, Khas Foods, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills in Bangla; English proficiency will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet sales targets.
  • Must be confident, energetic, and strongly customer-focused.
  • Basic computer and smartphone proficiency is required.
  • Candidates from Uttara will get preference.

We are expanding our digital marketing operations and seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our paid media growth across major platforms.

Working Hours

  •  From 2 PM to 12 AM

Job Responsibilities:

  •  Lead, mentor, and motivate the tele-sales team to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Monitor individual and team performance, conduct regular evaluations, and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans and campaigns to expand the customer base and increase revenue.
  • Analyze sales data and call metrics to identify trends, highlight improvement areas, and make strategic recommendations.
  • Create and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Ensure adherence to company standards for quality and customer service, and handle escalated customer concerns.
  • Ensure the team follows all company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets for the entire team on a monthly, weekly, and daily basis.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat sales.
  • Report daily performance updates to the supervisor.
