Experience:

• At least 1 year
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Herbal Medicine, Healthcare Startup

• Bachelor/Honors

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from any UGC approved University. (Educational requirement is flexible for highly experienced candidates)

• At least 1 year

• Age 22 to 28 years

• At least two years tele-sales experience (In company like Ghorer-Bazar, Halal Foods, Khas Foods ETC).
• Excellent communication skills in Bangla (English is a plus).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Must be confident, energetic, and customer-focused.
• Basic computer & smartphone skills required.

Working Hours: Shift Wise

Shift A: From 8 AM to 4 PM

Shift B: From 4 PM to 12 AM

Weekly Holiday: 1 day (Roaster)

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.
• Promote and sell company’s herbal products through calls.
• Answer queries regarding product benefits, usage, and pricing.
• Maintain daily call logs and follow up with interested customers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets set by management.
• Build strong customer relationships for repeat sales.
• Report daily performance to the sales supervisor.
